I run retreats in beautiful settings at different worldwide locations to support you in finding the power within (aka kicking fear’s butt!) through a unique combination of yoga, martial arts, mindfulness and coaching. These retreats vary in content and can be tailored to meet the needs of individuals or businesses. They often incorporate licenced Feel The Fear workshops, based on Susan Jeffers’ acclaimed book, “Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway®”. I also run workshops as part of other people's retreats.
